These terms cover use of this website and the basics of how we work together on a project. Anything specific to your project — scope, price, dates and payment schedule — is set out in the written quote we send before work starts, and that quote takes priority over this page.
01Using this website
You are welcome to read and share the pages here. The design, text, images and code are owned by Bluewey and may not be copied for use in another business.
02Quotes and scope
Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Prices shown are starting points; the price for your project is the one in your written quote. Work begins once you approve that quote.
03Payments
The payment schedule is set out in your quote. Late payment may pause work on a project.
04Your material
You confirm that any logo, photo, text or footage you send us is yours to use, or that you have permission to use it. We rely on that when we put it into your project.
05Ownership of the work
Ownership of the finished work transfers to you as set out in your quote, normally on final payment. Third-party items such as fonts, stock images or plugins stay under their own licenses, and we tell you when a project uses one.
06Changes and cancellation
Either side can stop a project in writing. You pay for the work completed up to that point, and we hand over what has been produced.
07Liability
We do our work carefully, but we cannot promise particular business results, rankings or revenue. To the extent the law allows, our liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid us for it.
