This policy explains what Bluewey collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain it in plain English.
01What we collect
When you send the contact form we receive the name, email address, phone number (if you add one), the service you picked and the message you wrote. We also keep the date and time and a short-lived record of your IP address, which is only used to stop automated spam.
02Why we collect it
To reply to you, to prepare a quote, and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
03Analytics and cookies
This site can use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful, and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure ads we run. These tools set cookies in your browser and record things like your approximate location, device and the pages you view. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or use the browser's private mode; the site still works.
04Where your information goes
Form messages are stored in our website's own database and emailed to our studio inbox. Analytics data sits with Google and Meta under their own privacy policies. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
05How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we may need them for the project or our records, and we delete them on request.
06Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will handle it. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act.
